Willner Enterprises is a full service Pittsburgh Design Build Firm
We are licensed general contracting company that was started in 1970 and we have years of experience taking projects from start to finish.
We specialize in custom residential design build, construction and permitting for customers in the Pittsburgh region and throughout Pennsylvania. Whether you want a custom built high end home or need a unique space for your business built-out, we can work with you to create custom architectural drawings, pull permits and complete the construction and finish details.
Our founder, Glen Willner believes in the design process and limits the amount of projects he does in one calendar year so that we can do it right. He has found that this gives him the ability to have control over every detail of that project. He provides renovations at competitive prices. Glen uses his 50+ years of experience to design layouts that complement your home and business.

“Glen always took the time to answer my questions completely. He was patient with my questions, ideas and changes. He always accommodated the changes when I requested them- even if it caused him to have to change the timeline on the project.
Glen’s workers came when they said they were coming, and they showed up ready to work. Glen’s workers and subs were excellent craftsman. I believe they did our job as if it were their own homes.
In our building material selection process, he guided us to make sure we were not oversold and as importantly not undersold. There were materials that were purchased and sent to the job site that were not exactly what was ordered. Glen had it sent back and a credit applied. This not only applied to Glen but the same was true with his subcontractors. I did not have to deal with any of it.
Glen hires top notch sub-contractors.You would not know the difference between a subcontractor and one of his own workers. They were very professional and cared about their work. I have since hired two of them to do other projects.
I felt Glen’s pricing was fair.He accommodated my requests for a very detailed breakdown of materials and labor. He answered all of my questions.

Willner Enterprises including Glen and his entire team are outstanding! You will not find a more skilled, conscientious, and responsible team of craftsmen. We hired Glen after obtaining preliminary bids from five different contractors. We choose Glen based on his level of experience, his previous work quality, and his friendly and approachable manor. Glen was quick to respond and easy to contact via cell phone and text.
He was willing to personally take us around town to see first hand some of his completed projects, many of which were in the south hills’ most exclusive neighborhoods. His team started the job on time and finished as planned despite our requests for modifications to the plan and an occasional road block. When we ran into problems (our homes existing soffit being at two different heights and water pooling in the excavation site) they were quick to present and implement the best possible solution for the issue.
Everyone working on our home was respectful and friendly. Everyone including the stone masons, the carpenters, the electrician, the painter, and the cement team seemed to have great pride in the work that they were doing. None of the teams seemed to have that type of employee that shows up just to receive a check. They all seemed to be specialists with real concern and care for the job that they were completing. We could not be happier with this beautiful outdoor living space. The results are perfect and we have Glen and WIllner Enterprises to thank for the perfect result. We give Willner Enterprises our highest recommendation and would work with them again in a heartbeat!
